US State Department spokesperson Heather Nauert said that “Russia and its puppets are a source of violence in the east of Ukraine.” Also, the United States calls on Russia “to put an end to the attacks in the east of Ukraine and to agree to an effective UN peacekeeping mission.”
It would not hurt at first to ask the Donbass about who its inhabitants consider an aggressor. But we can say it anyway that such accusers would be better off, for one thing comes to mind: they lay their own fault at somebody else’s door.
US military instructors, training soldiers of the AFU, the supply of lethal weapons, geopolitical support for Ukraine’s aggression against civilians of the Donbass – is this not an incitement of a conflict on our land?
Commanding general of the US Army in Europe Ben Hodges admitted that there are now 250 American soldiers in Ukraine, and he himself was with them at the Yavoriv range. “We are partners with Ukraine. And partnership means a common responsibility for success,” he says, assuring that in the context of the war in the Donbass, it also means responsibility for the crimes of the AFU against civilians. But whether they will succeed with Ukraine, is doubtful, there is even confidence in the opposite.
