The Ukrainian media reported that the state was introducing a fee for planned childbirths. The Ministry of Health, fearing negativity in the run-up to Independence Day, refuted such interpretation of planned ‘reforms’. While those, who made the statement on paid childbirth, based on planned innovation projects.
According to them, a woman in birth would not be given a separate room without prepayment, and emergency deliveries would remain free of charge. I am sure that the Ukrainian authorities avoid mentioning a full list of services provided for women in birth so that the citizens of their country cannot be intimidated before time.
In either way, this decision proves once again that the Ukrainian authorities do not represent the interests of the Ukrainian people, are not interested in the reproduction of the population of Ukraine, but, on the contrary, openly pursue a demographic policy aimed at reducing the number of Ukrainians, in fact continuing the genocide of their own people.
It is difficult for us, the people of Donbass, to look at how Poroshenko and his team limit the constitutional rights of our compatriots behind the line of contact. That is why, within the framework of the humanitarian programme for the reunification of the Donbass people, Republican facilities provide free assistance to the inhabitants of the territories, which are temporarily under the control of Ukraine. The list of free health services includes an obstetric aid. This service was used by many mothers from all over Donbass, regardless of their place of residence, and it is very much hoped that the children born in our free land will grow up in a country free from today’s criminal Kiev power.
