On December 14, Chairman of the DPR People’s Council Denis Pushilin, Acting Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers Dmitry Trapeznikov, as well as Acting Minister of Justice Elena Radomskaya visited the United Registration Centre in the city of Donetsk, which began its work on November 23, 2017.
Denis Pushilin noted that the United Registration Centre makes it much easier to solve many issues related to the execution of various documents, since earlier this process took a lot of time and energy from citizens.
“The centre has been working for about a month. I’m really impressed, because now our citizens, being in one place, have the opportunity to get a whole range of services. Of course, there are still a number of issues that we have to work on, including those in which the registration centre is involved.
There is always room for improving or perfecting, but the fact that we already have such a centre makes life very easy for both officials and citizens of the Republic, which is what we are targeting,” said the Speaker of the Parliament.
For his part, Dmitry Trapeznikov said that in the near future it is planned to open united centres in other cities of the Republic.
“Every day we collect information about the work of this centre. At first, there were certain difficulties connected with the fact that our citizens were accustomed to the format of the work of such services as Technical Inventory Bureau, and they used to come to queue literally at five in the morning. Now people saw that here you can take a ticket and, being in the waiting area without an artificially created queue, get your documents without hindrance. Everything became much simpler.
A similar centre is already operating in Gorlovka, in the near future it is planned to open centres in Makeyevka and other cities of the Republic,” Acting Vice Prime Minister said.
