ʺDear citzens of Starobeshevo! I congratulate you whole-heartedly with the 237th anniversary of your glorious settlement. The future of any land depends on the people who inhabit it.
From olden times, your land was famous for strong, hardworking and persistent people. During The Great Patriotic War, the citizens of Starobeshevo made a worthy contribution to the Victory. Today, in spite of rough conditions, you keep serving the cause of your land and your people – building, defending and reconstructing your district and you believe in the future of the DPR.
I sincerely thank you for your feat. I am sure, with such like-minded people, we have every chance to win. I wish you peace, well and prosperity. Happy Holiday!ʺ the text of the greetings said.
