The signing of the Minsk agreements and the continued involvement of representatives of the People’s Republics in the peaceful negotiation process will eventually result in the fall of the present Ukrainian regime, which has come to power as a result of the coup d’état. It was stated by the Chairman of the DPR People’s Council Denis Pushilin in a live television broadcast of “Time will show” TV programme on the Russian First channel.
ʺMore than 10,000 people have been killed and more than 1.5 million people have been displaced during the conflict. People have to suffer because they want to speak their native language, to live in freedom. Citizens of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics live this nightmare started by the government of Ukraine every day. What is going on right now is a civil war.
There are many opponents of the Minsk agreements, but they (the Minsk agreements – editor’s note) are a chance for both the inhabitants of Donbass and the Ukrainian people, because, in fact, the peaceful negotiations suggest the death of the “Maidan” authority – the authority that has come to power as a result of the coup d’état,ʺ Denis Pushilin emphasized.
