The situation in the area of the Donetsk filtration plant continues to be complicated. The station was de-energized on Sunday, March 5, as a result of shelling by the AFU, the work on electricity restoration will begin on March 7.
Apparently, Kiev continues to ignore the offer of Donetsk and Lugansk to normalize the situation on sites of high social significance. The Ukrainian authorities again and again demonstrate disregard for the interests of even their own citizens, not to mention the residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics whose vital activities are directly connected with the DFP and other similar objects.
Shellings and provocations around critical infrastructure facilities can result in an ecological and humanitarian catastrophe. It is already clear that in the event of an accident, the Ukrainian side will shift responsibility to the People’s Republic. However, as practice shows, the consequences of infrastructure damage are being restored by the DPR and LPR, and there are no reasons for changing this trend yet. The situation on the territories of Donbass controlled by the Kiev regime remains deplorable, especially in Avdeyevka area.
