Alexander Kamyshov: Donbass continues to insist on implementation of Minsk agreements approved by UN Security Council
The “Normandy Four” will require President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky to fulfil his earlier commitments. This was stated in a commentary for the Donetsk News Agency of deputy of the People’s DPR Council Alexander Kamyshov.
“Despite the autumn exacerbation inside Ukraine’s political elite, the international community and the people of Donbass will continue to demand one thing – the implementation of the Minsk agreements, which are recognized by the UN Security Council.
No new formulas are required – they just need to take the Set of Measures, read it through and start implementing them: consolidate the special status of Donbass in the Constitution of Ukraine, provide full amnesty, and lift the blockade from our region,” Alexander Kamyshov said.
