Alexander Kurenkov: No one cares about Avakov’s fancy ideas on disbandment of People’s militia after “Normandy Four” meeting

Deputy of the DPR’s People’s Council Alexander Kurenkov declared in an interview to RIA Novosti that the disbandment of the People’s militia, about which the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov stated, was out of the question.

ʺAvakov’s statements indirectly imply plans to commit genocide against the people of Donbass, which Ukrainian post-maidan power is hatching. Of course, the minister of internal affairs would really want the People’s militia of the DPR and LPR to be disbanded, so thugs from “Azov” and volunteer battalions could deal with civilians with impunity, as they are quiet experienced in how to do that.

But the fact is that all participants of the summit, including the President of Ukraine Zelensky, confirmed that there were no alternatives to the Minsk agreements and reaffirmed their commitment to the implementation of the Steinmeier formula at the beginning of the “Normandy Four” meeting. This means that the disbandment of the People’s militia is out of the question, and no one cares about Avakov’s bloody fantasies,ʺ the deputy said.
