Denis Pushilin attends concert of Russian pop stars on occasion of Builder’s Day (video)

On 12 August, a concert with the participation of Russian musicians dedicated to the Day of the DPR Builder took place in the Central Scherbakov Park of Culture and Leisure in Donetsk with the support of the Russian Centre. The event was attended by the Chairman of the DPR People’s Council and the Head of the Russian Centre Denis Pushilin.

A Russian beatboxer, musician and vocalist Vakhtang, the ex-soloist of “Smash!!” Vladislav Topalov and “5sta Family” group performed for the citizens of Donetsk and its guests.

Denis Pushilin congratulated construction workers on professional holiday and stated that cultural and recreational activities with the participation of Russian pop stars continued to be held in Donetsk due to the Russian Centre.

ʺWe try to give a holiday to the employees of each branch of our industry. Today, we celebrate Builder’s Day. This profession represents peace and creation.

The Russian Centre will continue to vary the cultural life of the Republic. Undoubtedly, we will keep inviting famous Russian pop stars. There are 4 million people in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republic. These people need to live, they need to receive positive emotions and everything that will not let them forget that peace will be restored sooner or later.

It should be reminded that the Russian Centre was founded in November 2017 to strengthen integration process of the DPR with the Russian Federation. The Head of the Republic Alexander Zakharchenko assigned a task to the Russian Centre to take integration processes with the Russian Federation to a new, high level. One of the forms of work of the Russian Centre is the organization of concerts of Russian pop stars in the Donetsk People’s Republic in order to provide psychological support to citizens, The Head of the Russian Centre is Denis Pushilin.
