Denis Pushilin calls Donbass integration with Russia one of ways to implement Minsk agreements
The Ukrainian law on Donbass Special Status sets out a possibility of free interaction of Donbass with the regions of the Russian Federation in cultural and economic terms. It was stated by the Chairman of the DPR People’s Council, the permanent plenipotentiary representative of the DPR in the Contact group at negotiations in Minsk Denis Pushilin in “Path of truth” programme on “Novorossiya TV” channel.
ʺOur Ukrainian opponents saw an infringement of the Minsk agreements in the process of integration with Russia. We implement the Minsk agreements, and it is not the first time that we have been complying with them in advance. The Special Status Law stipulates free interaction with the regions of the Russian Federation in cultural and economic terms and we move in this format.
The fact that Ukraine does not implement the other clauses of “Minsk” becomes a problem of Kiev. Because the longer Kiev does not comply with the Minsk agreements, the farther we move away from it,ʺ Denis Pushilin said.
