On December 14, Chairman of the DPR People's Council Denis Pushilin, Acting Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers Dmitry Trapeznikov, as well as Acting Minister of Justice Elena Radomskaya visited the United Registration Centre in the city of Donetsk, which began its work on November 23, 2017.

The UN published the 20th report on the condition of human rights in Ukraine, which covers the period from August to November 2017. The report deals with the situation throughout Ukraine, it raises issues of violation of freedom of speech, judicial arbitrariness and persecution of Ukrainian judges, impunity of the organizers of the fire in the House of Trade Unions on May 2, 2014, in Odessa, and much more.

The book by Gene Sharp “From Dictatorship to Democracy” was written in 1993, it became a workbook on the organization of colour revolutions or, according to the author, ‘non-violent struggle’ with a state. Sharp calls discrediting power by mocking it as one of the methods of struggle, as well as by demonstrating its powerlessness. In Ukraine, this workbook was gone by, and now it is lived by.

In its desire to turn the education system into an organ of the Nazi propaganda, Ukraine has overstepped the mark, which has received a naturally negative reaction from Europe. This time, the law "On Education", adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on September 5, 2017, was criticized by the Venice Commission, approving the expert opinion on the language provisions of the law.
