On July 12, the presentation of a book written by Elena Nikitina and entitled “Regardless. How I worked as the DPR minister” took place in a hotel “Park Inn” in Donetsk.

On July 11, the capital of the Republic of Belarus hosted the regular meeting of the Contact Group on the peaceful settlement of the conflict in the Donbass. The agenda included issues of compliance with the ceasefire regime, the implementation of agreements on the disengagement of forces and facilities, the mutual approval of the "Steinmeier's formula", as well as the functioning of the Vodafone mobile operator in the territory of the Republics.

Cynical shelling, which took place on July 7, of the crop fields of the Donetsk People’s Republic located near the line of contact with incendiary shells resulted in the outbreak of fires. Therefore, 120 hectares of wheat were destroyed intentionally. This is another war crime committed by the AFU after the entry into force of a ceasefire regime dedicated to a harvesting season in Donbass. But the worst part is that not a single Ukrainian…

Considering the dynamics of violations of the announced ceasefire regime, the Republics' representatives in the working group on security issues intend to raise again at tomorrow's (July 11, 2018 - ed.) meeting in Minsk the issue of acceptance by the parties to the conflict of the document with an updated list of additional measures to control the ceasefire.

The DPR People’s Council deputy Sergey Sverchkov commented on changes in public transportation connected with the reduction of curfew hours in a “Week’s Highlights” TV programme on “Oplot TV” TV channel.

In violation of the constitution of Ukraine, Poroshenko continues to interfere in church affairs, seeking to split the Orthodox Christians. It is in this vein that his recent speech in which he declared that Prince Vladimir baptized not Rus', but Ukraine, should be considered. He also expressed confidence that it was then that the "Ukrainian Church" was created, which today should become "independent."

On July 6, a festive event entitled “Republican Day of Field” took place in Amvrosiyevka. The Chairman of the DPR People’s Council Denis Pushilin, People’s Council deputies, the Acting Minister of Agro-Industrial Policy and Food Vladimir Antonov and the Head of the Amvrosiyevka District Administration Vladimir Tarasenko attended the event as guests of honour.

Former Minister of Communications and Transport of Ukraine Eugeny Chervonenko on air of NewsOne channel has stated that "one must do not underestimate the Russian language", because "the enemy's language should be known better." Deputy of the DPR People's Council Valery Skorokhodov, in a conversation with the Federal News Agency, commented on Chervonenko's statement.

The protest action of the Ukrainian miners near the Verkhovna Rada building in Kiev will not bring positive results due to the indifference of the Kiev authorities to the problems of coal industry employees. This opinion was voiced by deputy of the DPR People's Council Vladimir Bidyovka to the Donetsk News Agency.

Under subparagraph “b”, paragraph 7, part 2, article 9 of the Law “About basic principle of state regulation of trading activity, food service sector and consumer services”, economic entities themselves determine working regime with mandatory prior notification of local governance when organizing and implementing trading activity, with the exceptions established by law.
