On March 5, the Donetsk Republican Academic Young Spectators' Theatre of the city of Makeyevka hosted a solemn event dedicated to the celebration of International Women's Day, which was attended by the DPR People’s Council Chairman, Vladimir Bidyovka, People’s Council deputies, the head of the Makeyevka City Administration, Sergey Goloshchapov, and representatives of republican organizations and departments.

On March 5, the Palace of Culture named after V.V. Kuybyshev hosted a solemn event to mark Day of the Land Surveyor, Geodesist and Cartographer. Chairman of the DPR People's Council Vladimir Bidyovka, representatives of relevant departments, professors and students of Donetsk National Technical University attended the event.
