Marina Zheynova outlines what documents are necessary to appeal to Interim Commission on Markets and Non-resident Enterprises (video)

Due to the fact that the Permanent Commission on auditing for compliance with budgetary and tax legislation, as well as the legitimacy of ownership, use and disposal of state property in carrying out economic activity by organizations of all forms of ownership and organizational and legal forms, has been established under the order of the Acting Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, the interested citizens of the Republic have questions concerning where they can refer with this matter and which documents they need. The DPR People’s Council deputy Marina Zheynova provided detailed explanation in an interview with the correspondent of the official website of the DPR.

The parliamentarian noted that the issues related to the situation around the Republic’s markets are addressed both by the Parliamentary Commission and the Commission established on the basis of the executive bodies of the government.  

ʺThe Acting Head of the DPR charged the Ministry of Revenue and Duties and new Acting Minister Evgeniy Lavrenov with a task to review the efficiency of state enterprises. This includes the markets,ʺ Marina Zheynova said.

Also the Deputy Chairman of the Interim Commission on Markets and Non-resident Enterprises Marina Zheynova informed about documents required to file an application.

ʺWith regard to the work of the Parliamentary Commission, our task is to receive appeals, packages of documents that confirm the rights of ownership.

What list of documents is required? These are the documents that confirm the rights of land ownership, market status, building permission, copies of the registration of an entrepreneur or property title for an enterprise registered in the DPR and the passport copy of a person, who files documents. These documents are accepted from 9 a.m. to 12 noon in Donetsk, Pushkin str., 7b. Hotline phone number: 071-334-37-68,ʺ Marina Zheynova said.

She added that more than 50 applications had been received by the Interim Commission from market owners.

It should be reminded that the Interim Commission on transfer of markets, which function in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, to state ownership and activity of enterprises and non-resident enterprises, where a provisional public administration is established, was formed the People’s Council decision on June 16, 2017. Its tasks include operational monitoring and assistance in solving emerging problems in the activities of markets in the process of transition to public administration, as well as state enterprises, where provisional public administrations were introduced.
