#Official commentary of Sergey Kondrykinskiy about Ukrainian sanctions against media representatives

Ukrainian ‘ruin’ is continuing to tighten the state in the abyss of political, economical and moral collapse: at turns Kiev elite’s absurd decision – war against journalists.

Recall that on May 27, President Poroshenko announced about the entry of sanctions against the number of Russian media heads, and also observers and columnists of other foreign editions, which objectively and impartially show the situation in Ukraine and Donbass.

After the list of ‘journalists-separatists’ from different countries had appeared on the Ukrainian website ‘Peacemaker”, the number of advocacy organizations, including OSCE and Human Rights Watch, expressed their condemnation of such actions.

However, the statements of human rights defenders and a call to cancel sanctions against the journalists found no support among Ukrainian ruling political circles. Moreover, the Head of the MIA of Ukraine Arsen Avakov joined the information war against freedom of speech. Will this mean that foreign press representatives in Ukraine should fear of persecution by “Right sector” – time will tell.

To my mind, the world is ruling by imperialists and hegemonists, imagined themselves masters of the Russian land. The USA and their west allies think that they are right to determine where is evil and where is good, and which ‘truth’ should be told the people. With the help of the fourth power the West decides the fates of nations and people, bereaving their right on sovereignty, freedom and independence.

I think imperialists imitate not only democracy but principles of publicity, justice and legality. From “soft power” mass media turned into the information tribunal, when any world army is unarmed in front of it. In view of this we, the habitants of Donbass, have to resist that sophisticated information war. We must prove on which side the truth is…
