#Official Commentary of Vladimir Bidyovka on possible Ukraine’s introduction of visa regime with Russian Federation
The faction “the Petro Poroshenko Bloc” does not support the introduction of the visa regime with Russia. Alexey Goncharenko, one of the participants of Odessa tragedy and a member of the presidential faction, reported about it.
In my opinion, the reason for this is that the main consequences of the visa regime’s introduction can have extremely negative impact not only on the Ukrainian population, but on the ratings of Ukrainian parties as well.
Visas have to be granted by consulates and embassies of the country, where citizen is going to. As a consequence, the Russian diplomatic mission will have huge queues, because, according to Alexey Goncharenko, there is about one million of Ukrainians in Russia. Taking into account the mood of neo-Nazis of “Freedom”, “Right sector” or “Azov”, it will all come to the suspension of institutions’ work that will adversely affect Ukrainian migrant workers and their families. The Ukrainian government has done nothing to create jobs in Ukraine itself or provide an alternative legal income in the West. As a result, there are rising unemployment rate and social tension.
Of course, one of the US State Department’s goals is to impose as many sanctions as they can against Russia and to break off relations between the EU and Russia, as long as reasons about it are over, they have to simulate their own, but with the help of Kiev puppets. The neo-Nazi regime will continue to break historical ties between the people of Ukraine and Russia, which, in their opinion, may provoke Moscow to make a wrong move. I think that even inadequate Ukrainian establishment has already realized that Russia will keep on supporting people of Donbass and, in any case, there is no matter at what level this support will be – official or not.
Nothing changes for us. Donbass people, who have got the DPR and LPR passports, can visit Russia freely. Starting with the fact that Ukraine excluded us out of their legal framework, and the Ukrainian passport cannot be issued in the Republics, the only thing we have to face is a significantly increased demand for Republic passports.
I would like to add that the introduction of visa regime will not affect citizens of the Russian Federation, as the same way as us, since the Crimea is a part of Russia, there will not be any restrictions, associated with this decision, on the Republic’s borders. In addition, Russian citizens do not look for earnings in Ukraine, except people like Makarevich, “human rights defender” Elena Vasilyeva or surroundings of Alexey Navalny. But there is a procedure: to grant them, for example Maria Gaidar or Matvey Ganapolsky, the Ukrainian citizenship.
That is why I would like to hear from the Ukrainian authorities: what kind of profit do they want to make? Besides the overseas owners’ personal bonus, is there anything positive for the state and its citizens? I think that there is a lie being made up in the Stets’s Ministry and Vyatkovich’s pseudo-institute for Ukrainian people, when they decide to introduce the visa regime with Russia. But, according to the statements of the Ukrainian politicians about unwillingness to do it, we can assume that they have not come to an agreement with the West about this “visa project” yet.
