Speaker of Parliament Vladimir Bidyovka participates in solemn ceremony of stamp cancellation

On June 29, a solemn ceremony of stamp cancellation dedicated to specialists of the Donetsk National Medical University named after M. Gorky, who received diplomas of the Russian Federation, was held in the capital of the Republic.

The event was attended by the Chairman of the DPR’s People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka, Deputy of the People’s Council Alexander Avdeyev, Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Medicine Gennady Onishchenko, representatives of ministries and departments.

In a commentary to the press service of the People’s Council, the speaker of the parliament thanked a staff of the educational institution for high professionalism, through which the university was the first to obtain accreditation, which would meet the standards of the Russian Federation.

ʺThere is no doubt that this event is a great breakthrough for the education system of the Donetsk People’s Republic – the medical university is the first to confirm the compliance of its educational programme with the standards of the Russian Federation. It is a great advantage for our students, because the diploma of the Russian Federation provides an opportunity to prove their qualifications far beyond the Republic.

The Donetsk People’s Republic is becoming more and more close to its Motherland every day. Most recently, residents of our state received the first passports of the Russian Federation and the first graduates obtained their Russian diplomas. Let this day mark a new stage in the relationship with Russia. I am sure that we are on the right track,ʺ Vladimir Bidyovka said.

It should be noted that the state-owned enterprise “Post of Donbass” introduced a postage stamp No. 152 “The first graduation of specialists, who received their diplomas of the Russian Federation in the state educational organization of higher vocational education Donetsk National Medical University named after M. Gorky”, as well as first day covers No. 122 and special postage stamps No.15.
