Valery Skorokhodov: Practice of deputies’ receptions at enterprises under external management will be continued

Valery Skorokhodov, the deputy of the DPR People’s Council, the head of the Donetsk Republican faction, shared the working plans of the Donetsk Republican faction and the role of deputies in solving acute problems of enterprises where temporary administrations have been introduced in an exclusive interview to the Donetsk Republic newspaper.

“The plans of the Donetsk Republic parliamentary faction are to make maximum efforts for the revival of the economic power of our region. At the legislative level, we will do our utmost to improve the investment and tax climate for DPR enterprises, as well as for small and medium-sized businesses. Besides, we will review the legislation in the field of agriculture,” the head of the faction said.

He also told that a People’s Council deputy was assigned to every enterprise that came under external management, which allows parliamentarians to know their problems better. According to Valery Skorokhodov, People’s Council deputies of the new convocation will continue this work.

“The practice of deputies’ receptions at enterprises under external administration will be continued. It is very convenient for enterprises employees, because in order to solve their life issues, they do not have to look for time to visit the administration or public reception offices,” the deputy said.

Valery Skorokhodov added that, despite the existing difficulties, prosperity and economic growth of the Republic will certainly be achieved by joint efforts of all branches of government.

“DPR Head Denis Pushilin stated taking up a course to combat the corruption component and to ensure that the executive branch performs its functions in such a way that residents of the Republic feel protected. We all have to solve a lot of tasks that, with the introduction of martial law by Ukraine in our neighbouring areas, will most likely become even more difficult. But I am sure that we will overcome all the difficulties!” he concluded.
