Vladimir Bidyovka: Kiev authorities mistakenly believe that military operation in Donbass increased number of their admirers
The statement by the chief of the “joint forces operation” of Ukraine, Sergey Nayev, about the increasing number of Ukraine’s supporters in the Donbass has no substance and is based on his personal fantasies, deputy of the DPR People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka told RIA Novosti.
“The statement of the chief of the so-called “joint forces operation” of Ukraine, Sergey Nayev, regarding the increase in Ukraine’s supporters in the DPR and LPR is based on his personal fantasies, and not on data from a sociological study. Moreover, not having the right to do so, for some reason he declared on behalf of the Donbass residents that they are allegedly changing their nationality. It only says that he is an extremely incompetent commander and does not understand the essence of the conflict in the Donbass,” the parliamentarian said.
Earlier, Nayev said that the percentage of supporters of Kiev in the Donbass territories not controlled by Kiev is growing, more and more residents of the East of Ukraine consider themselves Ukrainians.
“Considering that Poroshenko’s regime gave Nayev serious powers, as well as the fact that he connects his conclusions with the beginning of the Ukrainian aggression in the Donbass, we can draw a sad conclusion. If the Kiev authorities consider that an excessive number of representatives of another nationality live in any Ukrainian region, it turns out that a military operation should be launched there,” Vladimir Bidyovka added.
