Vladimir Bidyovka: Owing to synchronization of DPR and LPR legislation, our citizens will be able to enter civil service in LPR
A draft law “On Amendments to the Law of the Donetsk People’s Republic “On the System of State Service of the Donetsk People’s Republic”” was registered in the DPR People’s Council,” said Vladimir Bidyovka, the chairman of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building, in an interview to the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
“The changes are supposed to determine the citizens of which countries have the right to enter the civil service in the Donetsk People’s Republic. In our country, as in the LPR, this right will be granted to citizens of the DPR, the LPR and the Russian Federation.
Together with our colleagues from Lugansk we agreed on the norms contained in the transitional provisions, which determine who, in the understanding of the Law “On the system of public service of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” should be considered the DPR and LPR citizens.
Such synchronization and improvement of the DPR and LPR legislation takes place within the framework of the inter-parliamentary cooperation programme,” Vladimir Bidyovka said.
